Art and Theory (AT) is an open-access academic journal dedicated to fostering in-depth dialogue and interdisciplinary integration between artistic practice and theoretical critique. As an international platform for scholarly exchange, AT promotes rigorous academic discourse among artists, theorists, curators, and cultural scholars, working collectively to expand the boundaries of contemporary art and aesthetic theory.
Guided by the principle of “connecting creation and interpretation through critical thinking, and integrating art and theory within an interdisciplinary framework,” the journal welcomes original contributions including research articles, critical essays, visual research, review articles, and interdisciplinary practice reports.
